PERMISSION TO USE IMAGES OF ARTWORK: Request to use any of the images of work created by Alexandra Jordankova must be submitted via email: jordankova@gmail.com and must include the following information: a/ the reason for request – b/ location where the image will be displayed – c/ title of the artwork – d/ duration of displaying the artwork – e/ name of the person seeking the permission/ requestor. – Artist reserves the right to grant or reject the request. Granted permission of use will be emailed to the requestor.

MEDIA: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Refund and Returns Policy
CUSTON ORDERS & GIFT CARD: The sales are final – no refunds, no returns, no exchanges.
ARTWORK AS A GIFT: If the artwork was purchased as a gift and the recipient is not completely satisfied with the artwork, contact us within 7 days after the delivery. Consult with us & arrange the return of the artwork to the artist: in the original condition, original packaging and using the same shipping company. Once the artwork is received and inspected at the studio, the GIFT CREDIT will be issued to the recipient or the buyer.
