The artwork consists of a vibrant abstract composition dominated by shades of turquoise, teal, and blue with contrasting accents in red, yellow, and orange. Geometric shapes such as rectangles, triangles, and circles overlap and intersect throughout the piece, creating a layered and textured effect. There are areas of rough texture and distressed patterns that add depth and complexity. The interplay of light and shadow is evident, enhancing the dimensionality of the shapes. The use of bright colors against a predominantly cool background creates dynamic tension and visual interest, resulting in a bold, energetic abstract work.

This artwork is from mixed media tinted collages collection “Patchwork of Colors”.  Material used: collage paper, watercolor, acrylics, watercolor pencils, stabilos, quash paint, oil pastels, charcoal, inks, china pencil, on watercolor paper.  All mixed media works from this series are characterized by my fondness for textures and colors. Artwork is mounted on a wide black mat and is set in a black frame.
